I understand what you want. I can see what you want is already done on all the pages but not on the contact us page.
These images are usually used in the background of the first section of a page. See my attached screenshot file below.

So, Let’s go solved this problem for your contact us page:Add the below CSS code in Dashboard->Appearance->Customize
