Currently I have deactivated all plugins, and activated one of the default themes Twenty Twenty-One.
But the same error is occurring. Should I be looking at anything else?

I just updated the .htaccess files in wp-content and wp-includes. and it had no changes still not able to access the menu options on the dashboard.
Should I change the .htaccess code -files in every folder of wp-content and wp-includes?

Delete the .htaccess file worked perfect. Now i have access to all the menu options in Dash board.
Wow I been working on this for 3days and all I needed was to delete that one files.

Yeah I did erased everything and started it fresh.
none of the dashboard menu links are working, all redirect me a page saying Nothing Here.
