Thanks for your speedy reply. Yes Issue 3 have been resolved since last nights update.

I can see that you have entered your email in the request box. My DPO mail address got a copy of the email and i can see your request in the back end at 15:33 UK time.

I have a number of plugins. I have disabled them all bar yours and still the same problem re the email.
