In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] FTP FailureI intend to use one of those. FTP was easy for me and was working great on the site hosted by someone else. I’ll probably end up using a Google drive.
This is in now way a problem with the plugin. The plugin is awesome. Just a host problem at this point. Thanks David for all your help today.

Thank you for contacting Online Support. I understand that a particular plugin (that backs up your WordPress website) is not functioning properly. We reviewed your account and determined that there is nothing wrong with the server. We also reviewed the link you provided. It appears that the script for the plugin is not meant for all shared hosting plans. However, we cannot alter the permissions/configuration of the server to accommodate for the plugin. We recommend reviewing the script of the plugin, or manually backing up your WordPress site. We apologize for any inconvenience.
