I have the same problem. To fix it, I installed the plugin “WP Rollback” and rolled back my BadgeOS plugin to 3.7. Now all my earned badges are back. However, this is a temporary fix. BadgeOS needs to get this working ASAP.

Thanks, I have done a full site restore to a clean backup taken two days ago and that seems to have fixed it.
