its not off, its all on and enabled.

when i create a new post and preview it before publishing it shows a page with the comment box at the bottom, when i publish it, it doesnt show it.

yes on the main page (homepage) other pages show the comment boxes..

yep ive tried deactivating all plug-ins and resetting the theme…
