Thanks for your assistance. As per the “What I’ve tried” section of my original post, I have already tried setting the default customer address to the shop region but it does not seem to make any difference.
I have 4 shipping zones that are all various parts of the UK (including Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Mann) and are limited to specific postal codes for each zone.
I can set a shipping method on “Rest of the world” zone that would solve this problem by having a default option to select instead but would this not enable users to order products to locations that I don’t actually deliver to?
