Thanks for your advice, I have successfully set up the custom plugin and given access to a non-admin user.
I have some subscription plan renewal questions.
If an existing member attempts auto renewal the renewal payment does not process in Stripe (marked as incomplete) as it does not have a payment method (credit card) for the attempted renewal. Also Email Reminders do not seem to be sent to members that are coming up for auto-renewal.
Could you explain how this should be working?
Thanks

Apols for using the public forum but I did not have my account credentials to hand 🙂 Thanks anyway for the rapid response.
I use User Role Editor and have set up a new PMS Admin Role and assigned the pms_edit_ capability to that
Then I add that role to my user
But when i logon as the user i still do not see the PMS Dashboard, I am obviously doing something wrong?
Cheers

Re-saved Permalinks and now everything is fine – this ticket can be closed.

Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Upgrade WooCommerce from 3.6.7 to 7.2.2Thanks for that, it gives a good starting position.
WooCommerce question: If I manually delete the woocommerce folder and upload the latest version of WooCommerce to this site using FTP and then activate, will it keep my Orders and Products? Can I “manually” update WooCommerce like this?
Thanks again for the detailed instructions for Plugin removal.
I had already tried all of these measures except removal of the individual entries in the MySQL tables/data rows, which after review are so tightly integrated into other WP data that unfortunately I would not attempt to un-pick and risk my site 🙁Therefore, as of this point i cannot remove the plugin and cannot get it to install either, so short of a total site rebuild I may need to look at an alternative
thanks again for the help

I have de-activated all Plugins and this has not made a difference. I am unable to de-activate the theme as it has been heavily tailored
I tried removing all folders using FTP and all NGG related tables manually with PHPMyAdmin and when I re-install (2.1.77) this fails with an “unable to copy file” message – the only way I can get NextGen to install at that point is by manually uploading the nextgen-gallery folder under the plugins folder using FTP.
This allows me to create NextGen only galleries only but I noticed clicking the “Dismiss” link for the NextGen thankyou prompt does not even work and the Import folder dialog does not show ANY folders! Which suggests to me that the manual install has not worked completely/correctly.
As another test I did create a Vanilla 4.6.1 WordPress install and installed 2.1.77 only and it is absolutely fine, damn it
I am running WP 4.5.3 under a Windows/IIS server btw
Any thoughts? Is there anything else I can debug/send to you?
Regards
Mike Webb
I will give that a try and let you know.
