If the new site is not using Imagely/NextGEN:
- Extract the ngg tables from the database.
- Change the URLs in the SQL file to the new folder paths if necessary.
- Import the file into the new website database.
- Copy the image files and folders.

The galleries work, but the entire site is broken with version 4. Overall slow and randomly shows Imagely errors. How to fix it?
Reverting to version 3.59.12 is painful. You must have a database backup from before December (V4.0.0 – 12.09.2025)!!! All versions of plugin and database from version 4 are broken.
– delete all NGG tables in phpMyAdmin
– delete version 4 files from FTP
– upload files 3.59.12 to FTP
– upload NGG tables from backup to databaseThere is an option to download an older version at the bottom of the page, but the galleries are broken.

Of course, I have the prefix. No import of empty tables and probably damaged tables. I don’t know. It should not be damaged. Before setting up a working configuration, I had a lot of strange errors in phpMyAdmin during import. It was better with this plugin. What didn’t work through phpMyAdmin, it worked fine with the plugin.
For a real server import, I recommend backing up everything separately. The database was also imported for at least 24 minutes (every test). It is good to divide the database into several parts. Even the previously marked tables as faulty, after the division they passed in order.
I didn’t look at the log errors. Every error means searching on Google and longer work time.

Don’t keep both in the same folder. After that, go to the settings and save. This will upload correct a new file and flags works.
