    Hello,

    I deleted the plugin, installed it from official ww.wp.xz.cn, and tried the export again, it still doesn’t work and I couldn’t find an error log file

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response and for looking into this.

    We followed the steps you suggested:

    • We temporarily disabled all cache and optimization plugins.
    • We fully cleared the cache (plugin and server-side).
    • We tested the page in private browsing mode and also in different browsers.

    Unfortunately, the issue is still occurring in the Arabic (RTL) version — some images and product images are still not displaying.

    Please let us know if there are any additional tests we can run or if you need access details to further investigate. We appreciate your continued support in resolving this.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply, I’ve already used the wpo_wcpdf_template_file filter but it shows me “Invalid order” instead of the pdf template even though the order number is correct:

    add_action('woocommerce_thankyou', 'add_voucher_pdf_button', 20);
    function add_voucher_pdf_button($order_id) {
    if (!$order_id) return;

    $order = wc_get_order($order_id);
    if (!$order) return;

    // Nonce for security, must match the document type (invoice)
    $nonce = wp_create_nonce('generate_wpo_wcpdf');

    // Build the correct AJAX URL
    $pdf_url = add_query_arg(array(
    'action' => 'generate_wpo_wcpdf',
    'document' => 'invoice', // keep as invoice, since voucher isn’t a registered type
    'order_ids' => $order->get_id(),
    'voucher_pdf' => 1,
    '_wpnonce' => $nonce,
    ), admin_url('admin-ajax.php'));

    echo '<a href="' . esc_url($pdf_url) . '" target="_blank" class="button alt" style="margin-top:20px;">Download Voucher PDF</a>';
    }

    add_filter('wpo_wcpdf_template_file', 'load_voucher_template_conditionally', 10, 3);
    function load_voucher_template_conditionally($template, $type, $order) {
    if (!empty($_GET['voucher_pdf']) && $_GET['voucher_pdf'] == 1) {
    $voucher_template = get_stylesheet_directory() . '/woocommerce/pdf/voucher-template/' . basename($template);

    if (file_exists($voucher_template)) {
    return $voucher_template;
    }
    }
    return $template;
    }

    Am I using the filter wrong?

    Hello,
    I can save permalinks and create a new product now, this issue is resolved but products still don’t show up in the main theme, unless I switch to default

    Hi,
    I disabled the remaining plugin and updated the system status report. But when I tried to save Permalinks I got the same ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your assistance so far.

    I followed your suggestions and identified that the issue with products and orders not displaying was due to a theme conflict. When I switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four, everything displays correctly.

    However, I’ve now encountered a new issue — when I try to create a new product, I’m getting the following error in the browser:

    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    To troubleshoot, I’ve already tried the following:

    • Switched to a default theme (Storefront)
    • Deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce

    Unfortunately, the issue still persists even with just WooCommerce active and a default theme.

    Please let me know what additional steps I can take to resolve this.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response!

    I actually have two different custom post types: one is standard WooCommerce products, and the other is a custom post type for travel tours. I’ve managed to load different templates for each successfully, which is great.

    However, the issue I’m facing now is with styling: I can’t seem to load the same CSS file for both templates under the woocommerce/pdf/invoices path. It looks like the styles aren’t being shared across the two types, even though I’d like to apply a unified stylesheet.

    Do you have any suggestions for how I can ensure the same CSS file is loaded for both templates?

    Hi,
    I tried all of these options one by one, but none of theme solved the issue, until I disable the whole plugin.
