I turned off the java script option and this seems to have resolved the submit button not working. What is has cause now is an error which reads
‘An invalid interest group was selected’. This is odd as I only have one group and that was the one selected.
Has anyone else seen this error message or behaviour.
I have this occurring on two sites.

Both are set-up to subscribe people to the same list.
