Thanks for your reply.

We backed up the site, created a cloned site and removed all plug ins and the issue still persisted.

It looks like it could be the theme so we have contacted the theme owners. However, I can’t quite get my head around how we would get around this when our theme is present all through our site! How could we replace it with a storefront theme at this point?

It’s Australia that I am trying to save but it won’t save and keeps defaulting back to that country in the screenshot

Hey AW,

Thanks for this! I can confirm that the plug in is WooCommerce Stripe. I have had to deactivate it for now until this is fixed as is causing an issue on the site. I can send you the error message I’m getting if this helps.
