Thanks for the response. I did look into the source you shared and I am still not certain where we are going wrong. We currently have Total Response theme from theme forest. Please help troubleshoot this with us. This is what I have listed on the ‘mail’ tab in setting:
To: [email protected]
From: [your-email] <[email protected]>
Subject: Website Inquiry: “[your-subject]”
Additional Headers: Reply-To: [your-email]
Message Body:From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]Message Body:

I went to the same folder that was described and also made the suggested changes. I am still not able to send email via the contact form on the website I am working on. Is there anyhwere else I can make adjustments? Am I missing something?

I am also encountering the same problem. How do i get to the cr7 files to make this code adjustment? Please advise. Thank you!
