The problem tests to happen on 2 mobile phones at different locations. Desktops computers using cable connection detect no problem with the page.
The AWPCP plugin also has an imgae upload field. I never had any problem with that plugin. Maybe this is due to the different approaches the two plugins take regarding that field.

BTW, I’ve already unchecked “Allow users to add map for their listings” because google services are blocked in china, but the issue persists.
