Que bueno que pudiste identificar el error directamente en el plugin, no obstante, creo que será en las próximas actualizaciones donde por arreglen todos la compatibilidad con la tecnología actual de WordPress.

When creating the post type with the same slug I recognized it, but when trying to create the taxonomy for that post type, I get The slug already exists, that is where I have the problem.
If I go to the url and write the path of the taxonomy that I have not been able to associate with the post type, I can see all the categories created, that is, if it exists, but I want it to be associated through your plugin.

Tengo la misma situación, y todo me pasa por un plugin, que tengo instalado y que es de reservas, una vez lo desactivo me muestra el estado de salud bueno.
Te recomiendo que desactives uno por uno de tus plugins y vayas revisando cada que desactives uno, si te cambia el estado, así identifique mi problema, que espero los creadores del plugin, puedan solucionar.
Por otro lado, algunos de los errores que me mostraban, logre solucionarlos con este plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-native-php-sessions/ – puedes probarlo – es sólo activarlo y listo.
Estamos atentos por si logramos encontrar otra solución definitiva
