An example of the tracking link the customer receives is:

See screenshot 1 for how this link is included in the customer’s email.

Customers have been complaining that when clicking on the link it takes them to an unsecure page. See screenshot 2 for example.

If you copy and paste the tracking number into google it does work, so it’s not the tracking number that is the issue but the link or link format itself.
