I tried deleting all databases and user, as well as several fresh installs on wp. Still same problem. I installed wp 2.9 and it worked! One of my themes didn’t work though, so I upgraded to 3.2.1 and it worked (b/c) I was still logged into the control panel. The control panel indicated I was running 3.2.1 and I was able to change themes. However, after exiting, when I tried logging in again, it said it had to update my database and after it successfully did so, I have the login loop again. Help please!
