If I open a user to edit it, At the top there is a checkbox “Disable the visual editor when writing” or something similar, above the selection of colourschedule for admin panel.
I’m using a swedish version so my translation might not be exact.
Short update: Disabling the “visual editing” on the user and it’s working.
