Thank you very much for your time, help and support. It worked by putting in just the test2. You know what I have forgotten it because all the other sites was created on the same day when I created the site newly.

The username and password will be mailed to this email address.

And for:

only message was:

Missing or invalid site address.

The rest of the screen blank.

This is what I see at my previous subdomain email notification:

Subject: New Site Registration: http://test.domain.com
New Site: Domain Test
URL: http://test.domain.com
Remote IP:

Disable these notifications: http://domain.com/wp-admin/network/settings.php

So where lies the problem?

@ jkhongusc, I have created 40+ subdomain sites on this same domain name before, I used wordpress 3.5.1 to create my network with no problem.

All you are saying above I just did not get it? I used http://subdomain.domain.com/. Which site address are you referring to again?

WP was installed in the public_html directly. I did not create any folder for my site not to make things complicated for myself.

Also, the *. for subdomains was created in the public_html directly too.
