Actually, I tried the “Responsive Menu” plugin you mentioned.
But we never get to set the desired colors and behavior. It seems several options are not available in the PRO version.
Also, the worst of all, we never get to hide the desktop version menu. We tried diferent options in the “CSS of Menu to Hide” field, but none of them worked.

We are still curious about the out-of-the-box features of the Appointment Theme. Not sure if it’s feasable to make it work in a mobile device or not.
