  • Hi @senff,

    The problem was solved.
The problem was not the WordPress or plugins.

I checked the settings on the host server, and modified the configurations for PHP Mode: php_cgi54
I recognize that my knowledge of PHP is very limited.

    Thank you for help!!

@senff, Thank you for your help

At the moment, the situation is:
1º With the theme Wootique(1.6.9) and plugin: Woocommerce(2.1.12), simultaneously, When I try to activate the woocommerce plugin, the blank page appears, and I can not do anything.
2º Now, with the theme Wootique(1.6.9) and plugin ContactForm7(3.9.1), it appears to work correctly.
3º The problem also occurs when I use other default themes like as Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen

4º Then, it appears the problem is the woocommerce(2.1.12), are you agree?
It’s strange because the theme wootique(1.6.9) and plugin: Woocommerce(2.1.12), were downloaded from the same site (WhooThemes), in the same date.

I’m starting now with woocommerce, after a little research to the Internet, it seems that was a plugin widely used.

    @senff answering your questions:
“So things break as soon as you activate either Contact Form 7 OR WooCommerce?”
    – Yes

“What if you try reverting to a default theme (TwnentyEleven, TwentyThirteen, etc.)?”
    – Today I tried to revert to the themes which you lists and the problem happens.
    – Also I tried to re-install the plugins, and upload the plugin’s files in several ways, and the problem happens.

    I’m only 2 + 1 installed plugins
    woocommerce Version 2.1.12
    contact-form-7 Version 3.9.1
WooThemes Helper Version 1.3.0 (always activated)

The contact-form-7 plugin was already enabled in the past and there isn’t problem, but today I disabled/renamed the folder and returned to activate it and now the problem happens.
I disabled/renamed the woocommerce folder, and activate it, the problem always happens.

    PS:
I’m afraid that the problem became from the lake of compatibility of languages between WordPress(PT_pt) and several plugins(EN_en).

I’m having the same problem, I verified that when I updated my WordPress environment yesterday (4-08-2104), if I don’t disable the active plugins, I can not access the Administration area of WordPress. I also try to change the theme, and the problem persists. I Only can work if I disable the plugins.
