    Right – but I’d like to learn what it is that I need before I go there.

    That’d be like walking into a car dealership and saying “I need to be able to get to work each day”. The answer could be buying a bus pass, but they’ll try to sell me a car.

    I know there is some form of structure within WordPress for user generated posts, where site visitors can sign up to be ‘subscribers’ or ‘contributors’ but I’m not sure if that will work for my purposes. Can anyone help me find some direction in terms of what I need to make this work?

    Problem resolved! I had updated the nameservers about a day before and it appears my ISP took much longer for the propagation. Thanks for your assistance!

    Thanks Viktor. Though a day later I still have the problem. But now I notice that when I try to access my site from my phone using my home wifi, I still get the problem, just like my computer. But when I switch my phone to 3G, I can access my site on my phone.

    So it seems specific to my house/router/ISP….maybe?
