Oh, I wasn’t even aware that was a part of the plugin. Thanks for the quick response.
I had this exact same problem, but their most recent release of the plugin (1.2.8.RC9.c as of this post) fixes this.

Hi there, I had this same problem, and I found that just clicking on Settings > Permalinks fixed it (it flushes your rewrite rules).
