I found the solution:
download the translated files (.po & .mo) here https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-localization/ (see “Downloading translations from translate.ww.wp.xz.cn manually”)

upload the files in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages/ and rename them in woocommerce-zh_CN.po and woocommerce-zh_CN.mo
(change the iso code)

if there are some missing translations intall “Loco Translate”

the permissions’s folder are 775

how can I fix this issue?
