Thanks ptvguy. Currently, my ISP does not provide mySQL to the hosting accounts that are included for free as part of the DSL account, but that they have individual hosting plans that include mySQL databases. I’ll probably go with one of the WordPress recommended hosting providers such as BlueHost. For $7/month, no setup fees, and no long term commitments, I’ll give them a try.
