The fix is to edit caldera-forms.front.js and caldera-forms.front.min.js
and change this
$(‘html, body’).animate({
scrollTop: form.offset().top – 100
}, 1);

to this
$(‘html, body’).animate({
scrollTop: form.offset().top – 500
}, 1);
