UPDATE: So right after writing this I came across this:
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-w3-total-cache-500-internal-server-error?replies=19#post-1612692
That took care of it. Does anyone know why this happens? I’d love to be able to use W3 Total Cache. Let me know if you need any more info.
Thanks for the input. I’ll probably go with the online version because I do ask for feedback often, but the xampp option is good to. I have used it for other projects.
Thanks.
Thanks for the responses. I ended up reinstalling the entire blog (thankfully we weren’t too far in). In this process I seem to have figured out what was going on.
This is an example permalink for a post: http://jordymcnamara.com/blog/index.php/uncategorized/trial-and-error/
For some reason there is an index.php in there (need it for the RSS feed as well) and it doesn’t work without it. Anyone know why I have this in there? Better yet, do you know how I can remove it without destroying my entire blog again?
