Ok,
so I just deleted everything as suggested by Johnb81 and uploaded all the files from version 3.4.1 – no effect – I think the database is corrupted.

Is there anyway to revert to version 3.3.2? I have a copy of it as well and had no problems with it.

Johnb81 – did all that using Backupbuddy.
removed all plugins and determined they were not the problem.

Just tried re-installing one of my sites using the backup buddy install and what ever is causing the problem has not been resolved. The admin page is still not loading.

This is important as I currently manage about 20 WordPress websites for clients and cannot upgrade them to Version 3.4.1 until this is resolved. Any help would be appreciated.
