I tried 4 themes and get same result, 2020, 2019, Astra and divi.

I tested ur plugin on localhost with same parameters and was working perfect but on live problem still.

I used these field names
Course_id (bigint)
Course_name (varchar)
Course_type (enum)

yes, working good on dashboard, and tried with different themes.
FYI WordPress installed in subdomain.
