I have the same problem on a number of websites. The pages are not loading. After investigating the issue I found that it was the All in One SEO plugin that was causing it.
On one website there was only an issue with some of the pages. The pages didnt have a SEO title and description. After adding these two the pages were loading fine.
Something probably went wrong with the update.

You are spot on. I am using the Sendcloud plugin. I will change the Sendcloud settings and wait for the 2.0 upgrade.

The problem still exists. I have had the double invoice numbers as well running version 1.6.6 of the plugin, Woocommerce version 3.1.0 and WordPress 4.8.
Also, I read in some other posts here that it might have something to do with caching plugins? I am using WP Super Cache.
