Awesome to hear that @willsuiter, thanks so much for leaving the review. Yeah, Ryan is doing a great job maintaining and developing this plugin.
woohoo! Yeah Ryan’s awesome. Thanks for your help identifying those issues too to help us improve the plugin for others.
Hi @000davemckay000, thanks for the nice review! Glad our plugin was of help to you. Take care!
Hi @istok, are you asking how to remove posts from a project at once? If so, you can click one, then hold shift and click another, then all the posts between the two will be selected. Then type delete on your keyboard, or click the X button that appears. All the selected posts will be removed from the project.
Does that help?
Hi @skyfly024, sorry you’re getting that error. A bit more info would be helpful in order to debug it: Where are you seeing that error? What did you do before getting it?
hi @istok, sorry you’re having these issues. Yes there shouldn’t normally just be a giant play button for YouTube videos, it should look cleaner than that. But I think there’s some problem. Can you share the URL of a post that’s having this issue? Being able to see the page’s HTML will help figure out the problem.
And for the other issue: do you mind creating a separate support thread to discuss that? It just helps keep our threads easier to follow if there mostly one problem per support thread. Is that ok?
Hi @jh-estudio sorry your issue got missed. And ya, that sounds ugly.
Are you having this issue with Quick Print, Print Buttons, or Pro Print? (The problem is definetely that some CSS, that makes the SVG icons a more reasonable size, isn’t getting loaded onto the page.) If it’s an issue with Quick print or the Print Buttons, can you provide a link to the frontend of your site? If it’s Pro Print, can you submit the debug info (from teh wp dashboard, under Print My Blog, click Help then fill out the form.)
I hope we can get that issue fixed for you.
Yeah looking into it, we saw that your post “Jonathan Greenblatt Joins ADL as National Director” (with ID 43189)
has this content
<META http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=https://medium.com/@J0NATHAN_G/can-a-100-year-old-change-the-future-68f3d1514a50">which causes the browser to redirect. The same thing happens on your site when you visit https://nynj.adl.org/?p=43189.
Is that intentional?
Hi @bikashpun, yes seeing how you’re a customer, please instead reach out for support using the plugin’s Help page (from your site’s WP-admin, under Print My Blog, click Help and submit the form.) As mentioned, this support forum is intended only for free users, sorry for the inconvenience.

In reply to: [Print My Blog - Print, PDF, & eBook Converter WordPress Plugin] Fatal errorHi @fipsfips, I’m not able to reproduce this problem on any of my test sites (I was running the latest version of Print My Blog on several of my own sites, but I also checked on some testing sites that have special configurations.) I suspect maybe the plugin got corrupted when you downloaded it and somehow some files are missing. (Specifically, the /src/PrintMyBlog/controllers/Frontend.php file.)
Can you try deleting Print My Blog from your site, then reinstalling it from ww.wp.xz.cn?

In reply to: [Print My Blog - Print, PDF, & eBook Converter WordPress Plugin] Fatal errorYikes thanks I’m investigating…
Oh interesting. That sounds like an issue I’ll need to fix in the plugin itself. I’ll update this thread once I’ve find that.
Hi Lee Media Group, sorry it stopped working for you. It’s still working on my sites using the print buttons so I suspect another plugin, or your theme, got updated and has a conflict. If the print buttons are still active on your site, can you share a link to your site? Seeing the problem happening for myself may give some important clues.

In reply to: [WP phpMyAdmin] Fatal ErrorNote: I resolved the error by just renaming the plugin’s folder, which caused it to be deactivated. I tried reactivating it but am getting the same error.
Hi Kris,
thanks for your prompt and detailed reply.
I’m not clear: have you made any changes based on my feedback? (The problem being some Javascript code that’s calling
focus()on a query that might not have found anything.) If I had access to your source code I bet I could point out the exact line that’s causing the problem. That’s not available to fellow developers somewhere is it?Is what you’re suggesting just standard first steps for all issues reported?
