Thanks for this, although it is still an issue on nearly every other page. Something more overarching seems to be wrong, you know? I reverted to a backup that I’m nearly 100% certain shouldn’t have had this issue and the issue was still there. I don’t know how that could happen.
All that I am asking is what part of the backup the users/posts are in, can anyone tell me that?
Is anyone able to assist me?

In reply to: Japanese text showing when googling my siteSo these two site maps that there are, one seems to be pretty normal looking, maps to plugins I use, the links seem to make sense. But the other one is just hundreds of gibberish urls. The one the looks right is called “home-site-map.xml” and the malicious seeming one is “site_map.xml” would changing the name and deleting the malicious one fix it? Am I going to get issues other than the sitemap?

After swapping the plugins off and leaving just PB on, things worked, I swapped themes back, still worked, plugin after plugin got re-activated, I finally found that Google Analyticator was causing the issue. After turning the rest of the plug-ins back on, everything still seems to be in working order again. I must have had that plug in left on for I’m not sure how long, funny for it to just now cause an issue. In any case, I can’t thank you enough for your support.

I just want to thank you for your continued assistance. I truly appreciate your help.
Page Builder is Version 2.5.13, WP is 4.8.3.
I have avoided changing the theme so far, how much would be messed up when I try to switch the theme back? I’m not sure I would know how to correct everything if it got messed up from a theme switch.. :/

I have WinSCP now and I found the wp-config.php file. So could I just edit the wp-config file and add that line in after all the other things that are defined? I also found the spot where it defines WP_DEBUG as false. Adding in either of these changes might fix my issue?

^ This is what the Plug-in gave me.
There are no current updates for WP or Page Builder, both are up to date. There are some updates for other plug ins ready, but I don’t think they are contributing to the issue.

Thanks for your response. I had a chance to go through these troubleshooting steps but unfortunately didn’t make any progress. I cleared my caches as it said, but that didn’t seem to fix the issue, then I deactivated all my plug-ins aside from SiteOrigin ones and I still have the same problem persisting, a blank white screen when I go to edit a page. Is there anything else I can do or is the problem within Page Builder itself? Thanks again for your answer.Forum: Fixing WordPress
