Was hoping to have heard back from someone in support by now.
It is definitely a plugin issue as I’ve had elevated tech support from my host provider, Network Solutions confirm they couldn’t get the plugin to function.
I have also sent a support request via the plugin and I have yet to hear back from anyone.
Please let me know if this can be resolved.
