I have deactivate -> delete -> install -> activate the plugin but still cartflows_ca_email_history is missing or not created in the database.Please let me know what else needs to do to add this table.

Thanks to your reply.– If I reschedule email, nothing happens and email is not sent.
– I have checked my database tables and cartflows_ca_email_history table is missing. I have more than enough free space for db to create new tables so not sure why cartflows_ca_email_history table was not created or dropped. Please let me know if you have thoughts on the cause of the table missing?
– Will uninstalling and installing this plugin create cartflows_ca_email_history table? Also, will creating this table resolve the email issue as well? If so, can I save my email templates and plugin settings locally and re-upload it after re-installing?
Or can your provide database query to create cartflows_ca_email_history table so I do not have to uninstall or install this plugin?
– There are no duplicate tables.
– Yes permissions on db side is all good.
What are the next steps to resolve issue? Or please let me know if you need additional information?

Thank you to your reply. Below are my responses.– Yes same customers are listed in recoverable orders.
– I see ‘No Email Scheduled’ when I click on customer name under recoverable orders.
– No errors were observed and only test emails from templates are working fine.
– Is there any way I can share my website link directly to you (and not sharing publicly)?
– I have also tried creating a support case at your website (https://cartflows.com/support/free-support/) but I was receiving errors when submitting the case. Error was “Error Code 5516
This request has been blocked by Patchstack Web Application Firewall .If you are a legitimate user, contact the administrator of the site with above error code if this message persists.”
