Hello @sbpranta389,
The “There has been a critical error on this website” message during vendor registration usually indicates a PHP fatal error caused by a plugin or theme conflict occurring when the vendor registration process is triggered.
Since you have already tried changing the theme and the issue persists, it strongly suggests that:
- A plugin conflict is triggering the crash during registration
- Or a server-side PHP error occurs when the vendor form is submitted
To isolate the issue, the standard troubleshooting approach is:
- Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Dokan
- Test vendor registration again
- If it works, reactivate plugins one by one to identify the conflict
Additionally, checking the WordPress recovery email (if received) may help identify the exact plugin/file causing the crash.
If the issue still continues even in a minimal environment, let us know.
Kind regards.

Hello @matthewasks,
We understand your queries regarding OTP verification, RFQ notifications, and theme compatibility. However, the features you are asking about are not part of the Dokan Lite version.Since commercial products aren’t supported in these forums, we’re unable to assist you here. Feel free to contact us via our official support channel for assistance.
Thanks and have a great day!
Hello @fortespyproductions,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
In most cases, a blank Dokan settings page is caused by a conflict with another plugin or theme. Please try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and Dokan, and switch temporarily to a default theme (such as Storefront) to check if the issue persists.
If the problem is resolved after this, it confirms a conflict with one of the disabled plugins or the theme. You can then reactivate them one by one to identify the exact cause.
If the issue still continues, please let us know.

Hello @shaar7
Dokan uses the default WordPress thumbnail size, which is automatically cropped to 150×150px, so even if you upload a 500×500 logo it displays the smaller generated image and looks low quality. WordPress creates this thumbnail size by default for previews and avatars.
To fix it, go to WP Admin → Settings → Media, increase the Thumbnail size (for example 300×300 or 400×400), save changes, then regenerate thumbnails so existing vendor logos update.
After regenerating images, the vendor logo should appear in higher resolution.
Regards.

Hello @shaar7
In Dokan’s default behavior, on the Store List page, visiting a single store is clickable via the vendor name and the arrow under the banner. Some themes, like Dokani, also support clicking the store banner itself to visit the vendor page. For reference, see this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/E4low9.jpg.
If your theme does not make the banner clickable, enabling this functionality would require custom development, which falls outside standard support. You can consult a developer to implement this so that clicking the vendor banner redirects to the store page.
Kind regards.Hello @dokanapni,
As you’ve found, this is a theme compatibility issue. The eMarket theme places elements over the store card links, blocking left-clicks. Your JavaScript snippet is a good temporary fix, but the proper solution is to adjust the theme so the
.store-wrapperlayers don’t block clicks on the<a>link. You can keep your snippet until the theme is updated, and avoid changing Dokan core files.Kind regards.
Hello @dokanapni,
From your description, it seems the problem occurs when accessing a single store page directly from the Store List page. We checked your site and noticed a console error:
store-list/:1180 Uncaught ReferenceError: tinymce is not defined
at limitExcerpt (store-list/:1180:22)Most often, this type of issue is caused by a theme or plugin conflict. To identify the source, please follow these steps:
- Switch to a default theme (e.g., Storefront) and check if the issue persists.
- Deactivate all plugins except Dokan and WooCommerce, then check again.
If the problem disappears after these steps, it confirms a conflict with either your theme or one of the plugins. You can then reactivate them one by one to determine which is causing the issue and reach out to the respective support team for a resolution.
Kind regards.

Hello @gnfb,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot.
We checked on our local environment and did not find this issue, so it is likely caused by a conflict with the theme or another plugin you are using. To identify the cause, please follow these steps:
- Switch to a default stable theme, such as Storefront, and check if the sideboard still overlaps the dashboard.
- Deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and Dokan, then check again.
If the problem disappears after these steps, it confirms a conflict with either the theme or one of the plugins. You can then adjust your theme’s styles or contact the respective plugin/theme developer for a solution.
Kind regards.
