Wasn’t fixed in 6.3.1 update, maybe in 6.4 update in November-ish?
If they want to keep it under ‘Advanced’ menu, can you at least add the ‘Advanced’ menu into the initial link dialogue box?
I am having this same issue. I first noticed it during highlighting of text to add a link anchor, but the box never appeared. Took a while to find it at the to of the page (when I am highlighting text at the bottom of the page). It seems to be only set to appeared there.
This is occurring on multiple devices: Windows 10 laptop, Samsung tablet (Android 12), Pixel 6 (Android 13) on multiple browsers on each.
I’m using Askiw template, but I switched to template Twenty Twenty-Two and cleared my browser cache, no change.
This all started with the new 6.3 version, it seems. (First time I edited a post for the last two weeks.)
i am not using any advanced features or plugins. This is just a place for my notes and lists and such when it’s a bad time to whip out my phone. These are basic WordPress features that have suddenly changed.
