I have the same problem. While I couldn’t figure out why it was happening, when I was researching it looks like the opacity was set to 0 so all the content was just white. Under networks, it shows that the searched information was queried properly. Toggling off opacity shows the images. Like webbi87, the shortcode was working for me until recently. I think the newest version 5.4.5 broke it for me.

Never mind, I fixed it. It was a theme issue and not with the plugin. Sorry!
