There is some history saving issue on your browser. If you can, try with clearing the browser cache for the site where you are using the file manager plugin. If it does not work, please reply to us.
@patricksimmons75, there is no auto delete functionality in the plugin. We would suggest you to run a scan on your website and change your passwords.
@thunderdragon32, please verify if your current logged in user have access to use plugins. Because automatic deactivation and activation is not the part of plugin code.
@larrygauthier, in file manager there is no option to change creation dates of files as it is rendering server’s date. But you can contact with your server support to change files creations date.
There is some thing wrong on your server end. You can fix this issue on server end by following given link.

file-manager-advanced\application\library\files\.trash? Please verify that this .trash folder exists.@mikecho, it means you don’t have write permission, so you need to increase file permissions.
