Is it not possible even with a premium version of the plugin? In conclusion, there are no options then.
Then the other question would be, if XML is loaded from the FTP to update stock quantinties. Would any hand typed information/text disappear from the product? As it looks like, the only way of putting attributes in, is by writing them in by hand.
