Honestly I have read your responses to others and I feel this is very unacceptable. I have other plugins that have the same or similar function on the same site and have not had any issue with them. Something is wrong with your plugin and you need to fix it.

We update our plugins on a weekly basis and have not had any issues with other plugins in the way that we have with yours. You need to be listening to your users and do your very best to make sure that your plugin is actually secure. I am not confident in your product but I hope you are able to figure the problem out.
