never mind, issue fixed / had nothing to do with other plugins or active theme. Much simpler!
CHROME .. HAS THE PROBLEM
open in chrome , go to about page , go to work page ..if I can’t solve the problem, I can’t use jetpack (useless)..

That’s not the problem .. I figured that the issue resolves completely by deactivating WpForo, which is a forums plugin I use on the website, I didn’t get to the fix for the problem yet thou. IDK.
You know what’s even worse!!! As soon as I log into the WP admin dashboard the problems resolve immediately with a refresh in the browser!! Whaaaaaattttt ?!?!?!
ok, here is how it looks on the desktop very occasionally !!!!
and here is how it look on mobile, almost all the time. Even though sometimes it looks fine !!
I don’t know, I really am going crazy, let’s focus on mobile for now,
look at the header, the column below it with has my picture, up to there is ok, regularly I’d scroll down till the other column with the TEXT starts, as you can see on the image thou, it breaks and shifts to the right on mobile! leaving the header as is on top. PLEASE NOTE* I have even tried setting those two columns to 100% each manually on the mobile view and yet still this still happens, I have no idea how. I have done everything imaginable, only left to think that this is an element bug.
NOW… Check now if you go online, I’ll leave it broken as is for u to see it.
Hey, yes I know it doesn’t happen that often .. but it does still yes. Idk maybe it does happen I can shoot u a mssg to look at it .. but idk how to get to u faster lol
