I have a suggestion, that when users navigate to the top up page, they find an option to load the wallet through prepaid cards (i.e like coupons) … Another field is added to the top up page to allow users to enter the prepaid card number and load the wallet with the amount already specified and set by admins to that card.
The workflow is like this:
- Admins set prepaid cards amount, and other settings, just like the deal with coupons and so.
- Cards should have a unique numerical code (preferably auto-generated) by the wallet system
- These prepaid cards codes can then be printed and distributed so that users can buy them to use then to load their accounts
- Useres access their account and enter the unique numerical code in the top up page
- Then if the code hasn’t expired or used before, the amount is added to the wallet
This is just like the deal with telecom companies, that allow users to buy prepaid cards and recharge their telecom accounts to make calls and so.
This can be useful in local areas where some online payment methods are not available for some users.
