I tried to replicate the issue on my installation, but it is working fine, here is the reference video: https://d.pr/v/3Lg0YY. I also tested saving the page repeatedly six times: https://d.pr/v/pDyEvq. Please let me know if I am missing something from your setup.
It seems like a resource exhaustion issue that’s triggered by the combination of Spectra and an SEO plugin. Here are some things to check:
1. Increase PHP memory limit
Each save attempt loads all active plugins. With Spectra + an SEO plugin, memory consumption can be significant. Please try increasing your PHP memory limit to at least 256MB by adding this towp-config.php:define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );2. Check your server error logs
After reproducing the issue (around the 6th save), check your PHP error log or server error log for anyfatal error,memory exhausted, ortimeoutmessages, this will pinpoint the exact cause. You can turn on the debugger by following the instructions mentioned here: https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/3. Check browser console
After the 6th save attempt, open DevTools → Network tab and check if thepost.phprequest is returning a 5xx error or just timing out. Also check the Console tab for any JS errors.5. Test with default theme
Try switching to a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) temporarily to rule out any theme-side conflicts.Looking forward to hearing from you.

You are absolutely right that this is a mixed content issue. Even though your site runs on SSL, the image thumbnail URLs are being generated with “http” instead of “https”, which causes browsers with strict SSL settings to block them from loading.
The good news is that this is a common issue and straightforward to resolve. The root cause is typically that the WordPress site URL or the image URLs stored in the database still contain “http” references. To fix this, please follow the step by step instructions in our documentation here: https://wpastra.com/docs/mixed-content/
The guide covers how to update all “http” references to “https” across your database, which should resolve the thumbnail loading issue in the Image Gallery block completely.

I am afraid we don’t have conditions in Spectra One theme. However, you can create separate template for specific pages or categories, and also separate template part ( Header ) on your site.

We completely understand the question about the release date. The team has taken a bit more time to ensure V3 is thoroughly polished and stable before the official public release. As of now, V3 is still in Beta and a confirmed official release date has not been announced yet.

Yes, Spectra is compatible. I am not able to replicate the issue on my installation. Can you please turn on the debugger and let me know the error that you are getting in debug log. I am afraid we don’t have option to enable it. But I am going to share two workaround that could help you.
- We have an option to select the maximum number of words in the excerpt in the post carousel block settings under the content tab. Screenshot for your reference: https://d.pr/i/S8dhni
- You can add the excerpt manually by editing the post and going to sidebar, here is a demo video: https://d.pr/v/RCJoYO
