They seem to have fixed a lot of their issue with HTML fields
I found their tickets.
They never answer their tickets
I have no idea where you have sent the other emails as they never arrived in my gmail.com address box. I have never said that I have received any tickets from you. I have only received one email from you ever telling me that the tickets exists. I have never seen or received any replies to any of these tickets.

Okay I got the email. I have a shortcode working using a input field not a html field. Some plugin shortcodes work and others not. I can’t use the html field it dose not allow to state the meta tag for use in user lists.
I have sent a message from my gmail account. I have cheacked and I have not seen any of your messages.
I have the same problem but do not have Theme My Login installed
