Here is the screenshot you asked for but I don’t have anything in these categories because I was under the impression that these categories were for shipping taxes, but we are not shipping anything, all of our products are digital.

Hello again,

I just tested my site in a local environment with all the plugins deactivated, except woocommerce, woocommerce paypal payments, and woocommerce shipping and tax. I also used the default 2024 theme, and there was still no tax added to any items. Just thought I would share that. Thank you for the assistance.

Hello, thank you for the response.

I sent multiple test emails out to multiple different email providers, gmail, yahoo, and my webhosts email service. None of the emails were received but I got no error messages nor bounced emails. So it looks like I will have to try something else. Any additional assistance would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Thank you for the assistance, I just didn’t see that option. But now I have a different problem. I can’t get the aspect ratio correct so that the image shows the title of the song at the bottom of the image. I have included a screenshot to indicate what I mean. Any further assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The bottom of the image is cut off, I tried all the preset aspect ratios but none of them included the bottom of the image.

Hello Eduard,

Yes I have put a bunch of elements to test if the mobile menu is showing up but it is not. The other elements that I put in the menu itself do show up but not the mobile menu element that I made in the menu customization area does not. I have attached some screenshots if they help.

Hello Eduard,

Thank you again for the help. I deactivated my Lightspeed Cache plugin but I am still having the problem of my menu elements not showing up. Should I just deactivate all my plugins and see if one of them is the problem?

And thank you for the information on free vs pro blocksy.

Hello Eduard,

Thank you for the response! I have added my mobile menu to the mobile view box but the elements are still not showing up. Also it seems that the search box cannot be added to the mobile menu box. Any further assistance with this would be appreciated. Thank you for the help!
