Is it feasible to try installing wordpress on a subdomain of my own website and use that as a testing blog?
If ww.wp.xz.cn offers a list of themes which are compatible with the current stable release (2.6.1) are those listed themes the ONLY ones you can use with the newest wordpress? I got my original theme from a WP-approved list about 7 months ago and now my client wants to upgrade. She’s asking if the theme will be affected and I don’t want to give a weak answer like: “Maybe, I don’t know.”

Answered my own question! All I did was turn off the shipping options on the WP end of things and then configured the shipping in the client’s paypal profile. So far so good!
WP Gold tip: to properly install, you need to upload the gold_shopping_cart.php file that is (inexplicably) outside the main folder that the readme instructions tell one to upload.
