Paul, any updates on why we are not seeing authors in a random order?

It looks like we have the latest version of the plugin installed, but are still not getting our widget of authors randomized. Any ideas?

I fixed this issue by running through all of the Maintenance buttons.
Updating, including the green update button, was the first thing I did.
