Thank you for your help,I have sent all the info to my Host provider. I don’t really understand FTP but a friend suggested that as I live in Spain and use a local provider, I alter my IP address by creating a tunnel to UK VPN so it appears that all my web traffic appears to be coming from England.

I have two web site hosts that should include SSL certificate in their package for the main URL sites (Not sub Domains?) I appear to have a problem getting into both admins so this suggests the problem is something in my computer blocking access? Normally I just type in in the case of the first one www. Creativeamusingwriting.com/wp-admin/ which gives me the log in security page, but I don’t even get that far as I just get the message that it is unsafe due to no security certificate. I did manage once to get to the log in and it presented me with my dashboard page but everything was frozen and it timed out. Can’t get back in since then to any of my sites , except a general wordpress blog site. I have tried blocking firewall,security settings and using new browser with no history but nothing works. Have sent Brainhost a ticket but they have not replied and also the other company I use Hostgator, but they don’t reply individually, just refer you to their Forum, but there is no advice I can find,specific to this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Regards John
