Thanks, but I’m not trying to change the appearance on the site itself.
I’m trying to change the list of pages I see when I’m logged in and looking at the dashboard, so that the main pages are the first ones I see, and not the dozens of minor pages I rarely need to edit.
Ah, I see, I put the file in the top level folder in my cPanel File Manager, I needed to put it in “public_html”.
Having the top level and the “root directory” not be the same thing is a new one…
