thank you for your help, apparently that was the issue because I can see all categories now..!! XD
the current module showing the categories in the website is called: Code setting, and when I click on settings I see the code: [product_categories]. So apparently the codes that I am creating in woocommerce are stores in [product_categories], the problem is that when I create a new category in woocommerce It’s currently not showing… perhaps there is a limit of how many categories I can list? where is [product_categories] sorted so that I can take a look..?
